Dr. Rashid is great! He and his staff make every effort possible to make sure that you and your animal are very comfortable during your visit. We were told exactly what was wrong and what he was going to do about it. Other places simply try and take your money but not at the East Windsor Animal Hospital.
Doctor Rasheed was very helpful and caring. It can get crowded on the weekends especially in he afternoons. The support staff are also very courteous and friendly.
I brought my injured duck in today and the doctor and staff could not have been more helpful. The doctor and his staff were caring, kind and attentive. The doctor performed surgery on the spot. He even videotaped it to let me watch what he did and explain things to me. At the end, the price was far less expensive than I thought. I'm bringing all of my animals here from now on.
I trust Dr Rashid with all of my animals. It is so nice to have someone so knowledgeable with my cats and also my exotics! He recently got my old cat's broken leg to heal better than expected, the x-ray photos show how well it healed.
Awful. I've never before given a bad review publicly like this. I think it's mean. But these guys deserve it. I'll never go here again. Apparently they cannot treat roundworm because whatever lab they send samples to does not correctly identify it, so they told me my cat was fine. He ended up infecting another cat and having to be treated again. He has kidney disease, so parasites can't be good for him. I also agree with whoever else said there is a complete lack of communication. I always had to ask the people at the front desk questions about aftercare because Dr. Rashid would just leave after the appointment without explaining anything. Don't go here if you care about your animals!!
I am editing my previous post on the price the charges are consistent with what other establishments charge. I did not realize that I was charged additional for the microchip which my wife asked for.
