Waste of tax payers money this department. East Windsor Police should patrol Hightstown. My Mother and i had a bit of a fender bender with someone in Hightstown once. So my mother and i went with the other party to the police station to report it. the other party hardly spoke any English witch made the situation more complex, she had to get one of her friends to interpret . Two patrol officers came out and spoke with us . They basically sided with her and gave my mother a citation and did not really bother to hear our side our full side of the story. when we tried to ask one of the officers a question about how to proceed forward with the other party he just said and i quote, nothing! and gave my mother her information back and walked away.
