Not one thing was unclear. Not one question unanswered. I trust them very much should we ever need anything in the future and you would be well served by dealing with them. Sorry it took a little while to write this, but they really deserve it.
I had my fathers funeral here several issues 1# they messed up the spelling of his last name on his funeral cards 2# the price changed which I'm pretty sure that they knew how much to dig out the plot 3# there was a hanging string from his casket then when they shut it it was frayed and hanging out of the casket 4# this really iced me we gave them his obituary it never made the paper just there website horrible no music nothing sorry but was not good.
We met the next day and they were outstanding. We were exhausted, distraught, and everything that I feared would be complicated was not and they really took the time to answer anything and all questions. Further, they were there for any other needs albeit referrals or support groups etc.
They did my fathers funeral back in late February 2017. We were planning to meet with them a few days from when I called to do some advance preparations, and unfortunately things changed very quickly. Mr. Zimmer was outstanding, compassionate, and when you compliment that which his partner Mr. Barlow and their associates, you could not get more professional.
They facilitated all of our needs and requirements and helped make it all look seamless from any religious requirements (which they were well versed on) to the ambiance of music, pictures, and other things that represented our father so well.
