I ordered a bouquet and a box of chocolate from South Pacific website.
When I need floral arrangements or flowers, I always use South Pacific Flowers. I've never been disappointed here.
There was no picture for the box of chocolates. Depending upon the price of $20, I assumed that it can't be bad. It made me angry to see a box of chocolates that has 5 pieces of some cheap brand chocolates.
My dad passed away well we used this place several issues 1#they where late 2# the lettering for father and grandfather had hot glue coming out of everywhere 3# the spray for some of the flowers was all on the leaves 4# some of the flowers looked like they where wilting, dying on his casket it was sad just sad
Ordered flowers utilizing South Pacific Flowers which is a mile from my home. The occasion was for my wedding for delivery of my bride on the morning of...needless to say the flowers never made it to her. During our ceremony an unknown number texted her saying they had a delivery of flowers for her which despite their text messages were left on our front steps of our home. Not only were they delivers nearly 5 hours after they were supposed to be done despite the order being placed a day early, leaving the bouquet on the steps in an overnight storm left the vase smashed into pieces with flowers strung about the lawn. To top it off, the accompanying note had my bride's name spelled wrong in barely eligible cursive on a "thinking of you" card; hardly acceptable for a "love and romance" type occasion. Upon speaking with this florist they took zero responsibility for the delivery, the card theme, the misspelling and for texting. They immediately deflected any issue to other powers that be...I would save your money and use a better florist; they had one job on the one day with ample time to prepare and failed in every aspect...Moment has passed; keep your terrible customer service, flowers, and take a class is business.
The bouquet that was delivered was nothing like the picture shown on the website that I ordered. The quality and the arrangement was far inferior than what I expected based on the online picture.
This was my first and last order from South Pacific.
