Jules is all dripping with kindness and the minute you walk off the lot, he could care less even when your car is under warranty and he promised to provide a part for car. Calling for weeks. NO returned phone calls. Nothing! Stay way!
Found this place searching to buy my first car. Been looking for about 5-6 months for a specific car and these guys were the gems of all gems. Was able to make my first purchase easy and enjoyable with world class customer service in all aspects. Vehicle purchased was 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis LS. I drove a long way to see the car and it looked exactly like it did in the photos unlike some other dealerships I'd previously visited. The car is running well without issue. I searched up and down the web and could not find a car in this condition (MINT) for less than what I paid at Ideal Cars. The sales men were not pushy and had a take it or leave it attitude probably because they knew no one could beat that price. I will definitely be buying more cars from them in the future. In closing this is the first time I've bought a car and had equity in it after I drove off the lot.
